Hotel was very clean, staff were great and location was excellent

It would have been nice to have more hangers and a cupboard or dresser to put your clothes in instead of living out of a suitcase for 2 weeks. We would have loved to have had a cappuccino out of their coffee machine in the lobby without having to pay for the buffet breakfast to get one.

Stayed there last year and came back this year. Not disappointed and will stay again.

The quiet location that was close to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent and convenient.

After the rooms were cleaned there were no clean towels left in the room. It appeared stocks were not available and we had to wait until later in the afternoon

Wonderful

The location was very good, close to many restaurants and shops. The area was pretty silent and calm. The staff was very nice and helpful, although we struggled to communicate in Eng a bit.

Great location, quiet street (no outside traffic noises at night), but room inner walls paper-thin

Location of hotel is great. I was really amazed about maze of small streets leading to hotel. You can walk to it from like 4 streets as minimum which later divides to even more streets (very cool). Also hotel was located on quiet street - no noise from outside traffic. Call Grab taxi to hotel was also very easy and usually fast to arrive.

Sadly inner walls of room is paper-thin (there is no any soundproofing). One night next to my room was some kind of party with more than 2 people in room (judging by voices) - I could hear them very well in my room. It made difficult to sleep. Also when somebody else had their time in middle of night few rooms farther in same floor I could hear their moaning in my room.

Would definitely stay again if the deal was right.

Real coffee in the morning, OK breakfast, very friendly staff, smallish pool. I checked out a little late and did not get charged for it.

Cost was a little steep to my liking, but Ok.

The bathroom wasn't too much comfortable, when we take a shower all was flooded.

A nice clean place to stay near the night market.

The guest house was fairly clean. The staff cleaned the rooms daily, so there was little mistaking that the towels and sheets were washed regularly. The location was close to the night market and many local restaurants. The wifi worked great with my computer and was fast enough to do the work that I needed to get done. The staff was great and always smiling.

I had to wait a long time to get from the airport to the guest house, but they gave me the shuttle ride for free because of this. The staff for some reason takes away the rolls of toilet paper each day and replaces them? There was also a lot of noise from a construction site and from what sounded like a rave every morning. I just wis there wasn't so much outside noise.

I didn’t like anything about this property at all.

I didn’t like anything about this property at all. The only thing I can say was ok was the location, until the morning when all the school children were cheering.

There was no lift, you can hear people talking in the hallway and upstairs. The breakfast was disgusting. The amenities were old, and falling apart. The bed was so uncomfortable. The pool looked more like a bath with no seating around it.

Good location, poor facilities and noisy area

Location seemed to be the only advantage of this place.

quite a few things. When we arrived they didn`t have any idea which room to give us. So they gave us a room that wasn`t cleaned properly; afterward changed to another one- no windows which means lots of noise and the AC being wasted all the time. On one of the days there was a really loud school concert nearby at 6:30AM! On our last day, we had dirty water in the bathroom going from the tap. And you can hear all the illegal things happening in the other room nearby as the walls are paper thin... Really poor facilities in general- didn`t fulfil the expectations at all :c

Wonderful Guesthouse good located.

Wonderful Guesthouse good located. Staff very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and cookies from 7am to 10am. The pool is small but clean and also the have a small restaurant.

Decent stay in a nicely kept hotel in a good location.

Location good, room was clean and comfortable.

Desk staff not very welcoming. They were accommodating to my needs but certainly not warm and fuzzy. Did not make one inclined to hang around the hotel but they did their jobs efficiently enough.

Highly recommended!! Will return.

I stayed here a few years ago. This property is newly renovated, and it is BEAUTIFUL, when compared to other guesthouses. It is clean and now has a swimming pool and a warm, inviting atmosphere. It is quiet so you can sleep at night, but yet you can walk a few yards to a very busy street full of the locals and tourists. I chose to stay in their upgraded rooms (just like the online pictures) for only a few dollars more than a regular room. This was very much a worthwhile stay and I look forward to revisiting it in the future.

Avoid this place! Awfull!

The location is the only one good thing.

Room is awfull, walls not even painted. Bed is 2cm thick, hard rock and full of blood stains. We complained and they put anothet on the top. 6th floor no lift! Internet imposible to connect. Staff doesn't speak english. We asked to get a taxi for 4.30am and they said it was booked 150baths. We came down at 4.30 to check out and was nobody in reception and no taxi! Eventually a man came out and he didn't know about the taxi. So, he said he could ring one but it will be 200bath. After 30mins waiting for the taxi (that we thought he rang..) he said that he didn't yet!! We finally had to go to the street and get a red cab ourselves. Absolutly useless and incompetent staff. Worse hostel thay we have ever staid! Awfull!
